What to include

Corrections: the page address, the figure you think is wrong, and the source or calculation you're comparing it with. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page's "Updated" date is changed.
Calculator results: the numbers you entered and the result you expected. The calculators run in your browser, so we can't see your inputs unless you send them.
Ideas: a calculator or guide you'd like to see, and the decision it would help you make.
Privacy requests: see our privacy policy for what data is and isn't collected.

What we can’t help with

We can't give personal financial, tax, or legal advice, review your loan documents, recommend a specific lender, or tell you whether to accept an offer. For decisions like these, a HUD-approved housing counselor, a licensed loan officer, a CPA, or a fee-only financial planner can look at your full situation. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau also has free tools and a complaint process for problems with a lender or servicer.
